This first-time session is both a comprehensive consultation and an introduction to Conscious Beauty, designed to understand your skin before deciding how to move forward. We begin by reviewing your goals, current products, past treatments, lifestyle, stress levels, and any sensitivities or concerns. During the facial itself, I observe how your skin responds to touch, products, and supportive technologies, while allowing your nervous system to slow down and settle. This session is not about doing “everything” — it’s about listening, assessing, and building trust with your skin. After your treatment, we’ll discuss next steps, including personalized home care recommendations and suggested treatments to support your skin over time. This session lays the foundation for future care and helps determine what will be most effective for you moving forward.

This is the most complete expression of the Conscious Beauty Ritual. A deeply immersive session designed to give your skin the time, attention, and responsiveness it truly needs. With extended time, this ritual allows for layered techniques, advanced therapies, and thoughtful pacing so your skin can be observed, felt, and supported as it responds in real time. Care unfolds slowly and intentionally, guided by touch, intuition, and your skin’s changing needs throughout the session. This is the ideal choice when you want meaningful, visible support and the full depth of the Conscious Beauty approach — not rushed, not abbreviated, and not confined by time.

An unhurried ritual offering extended support, refinement, and restoration without the full depth of the 90-minute session. This treatment provides meaningful time for massage, advanced modalities, and targeted work while maintaining a calm, regulated experience. This session allows for deeper engagement than a 60-minute ritual, while remaining more contained than the 90-minute experience. It’s an excellent choice when you want more space and support, but don’t require the most comprehensive session available.

A focused ritual designed to support skin health, balance, and radiance within a shorter timeframe. This session is intentionally paced and responsive, but more contained in scope than the longer rituals. Because of the limited time, this treatment focuses on essential support rather than deeper layering or extended techniques. It is best suited for clients who prefer shorter sessions or are maintaining continuity between longer Conscious Beauty Rituals.
