Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. We need to know 48 hours ahead of time if you cannot keep your appointment or must reschedule. Without 48 hours’ notice, payment will be expected in total. The exception is when you are sick. We prefer not to work on clients with a cold, flu, or other communicable condition and will not hold you to the 48-hour cancellation policy. I appreciate your consideration.
Referral Program:
Your referrals mean the world to us, and we would like to thank you with a $25 credit towards any treatment or gift certificate for every new client you send us.
Payments:
We accept personal checks, Venmo, cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover for our services and product purchases. We prefer not to use credit cards currently. Payment is due at the time services and products are received. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all dishonored payments. All prices are subject to change.
Gift Certificates:
We offer in-house and online Gift Certificates that can be used towards services and products. The Gift Certificates will always show the monetary value, so they can be for any amount, with the minimum being $50.00. For example, for a one-hour massage purchased as a gift, the Gift Certificate would say: “This certificate is for: A one-hour Massage (valued at $195)”. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, and Body Celebration – Holistic Skincare & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Discounts and Specials:
Discounts and specials cannot be combined with other offers. Only one coupon/discount/offer code per person. Gift Certificates cannot be combined with any discount or special offer. This includes Body Celebration online certificates and Body Celebration in-house certificates.
Merchandise Returns:
Returned merchandise will be graciously accepted within 30 days for in-house credit or product exchange only, with no cash, Venmo, Check, or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on any open or used makeup, and products used 50% or more, or any sale and discontinued items.

The Practitioners at Body Celebration – Holistic Skincare & Wellness provides therapeutic bodywork and holistic skin care. We are Certified Massage Therapists and Licensed Estheticians. We are not medical doctors who do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, therefore will not provide prevention, cure, or spinal manipulations for any diagnosis or disease or prescribe medications.
Privacy Policy:
We use Hotjar to better understand our users’ needs and optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our user’s experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.), and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
